While retaining all capabilities of the latest Umo Editor, it further strengthens support for multi-user real-time collaboration, comments, track changes, annotations, forms, version history management, AI creation and intelligent assistance, document import/export, enhanced tables, enhanced Markdown, content locking, template management, document forms, asset library, and toolbar/sidebar extensibility, making it a better fit for enterprise document collaboration, review, authoring, and management scenarios.

You can smoothly upgrade from Umo Editor to Umo Editor Next at any time.

This software is a commercial product that requires purchase before use. After purchasing the commercial source code version, you will gain access to all the code and the private code repository of this software, which means you can always obtain the latest source code and newly added features. As a commercial software user, you will also receive better technical and after-sales support.

However, it is important to note that when using Umo Editor Next, you must comply with the Umo Team Commercial Software License Agreement.

Umo Editor Next is an enhanced version of the open-source software Umo Editor, so configurations, methods, events, etc., remain consistent with Umo Editor. We strongly recommend that you first read and refer to the Developer Documentation.

Among the Next-specific capabilities, document forms let you turn standardized documents into templates that can be designed, filled manually, or populated programmatically. This is especially useful for contracts, approval forms, registration forms, electronic medical records, and batch document generation. See: Document Forms.
